Stocks to Watch on October 10: India’s benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty50, rebounded on Thursday after a brief pause, led by strong gains in IT, metal, and pharma stocks.

The Nifty50 closed 135.65 points higher (0.54%) at 25,181.80, while the Sensex advanced 398.44 points (0.49%) to settle at 82,172.10.

When markets open today, TCS, Tata Elxsi, Sammaan Capital, Waaree Renewable Technologies, and Signature Global will be in focus amid key corporate developments.

TCS

India’s largest IT services firm, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), reported a 1.4% year-on-year rise in Q2FY26 net profit to Rs 12,075 crore, compared to Rs 11,909 crore a year earlier.

The figure came in below Street expectations of Rs 12,573 crore. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 65,799 crore, up 2.4% YoY from Rs 64,259 crore.

TCS also announced a second interim dividend of Rs 11 per share, payable on November 4, 2025, with the record date set for October 15, 2025.

Tata Elxsi

Design-led technology services firm Tata Elxsi posted a 33% YoY decline in net profit to Rs 155 crore in Q2FY26, though it rose 7.2% sequentially. Revenue from operations came in at Rs 918.1 crore, up 2.9% QoQ but down 4% YoY. The company reported a 7.9% QoQ growth in revenue from the US market, highlighting regional momentum despite overall softness.

Sammaan Capital

Avenir Investment RSC and IHC Capital Holding LLC have jointly proposed an open offer to acquire up to 34.17 crore fully paid-up equity shares of Sammaan Capital at a face value of Rs 2 per share, representing 26% of the expanded voting share capital of the company.

Waaree Renewable Technologies

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies will be in focus today as the company is set to announce its September quarter results. On Thursday, its stock jumped 7% on the BSE to close at Rs 1,110.35.

Signature Global

Real estate developer Signature Global said its debenture committee has approved plans to raise up to Rs 875 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. In June, the company’s board had cleared a proposal to issue secured, listed, redeemable NCDs to strengthen its funding base.
